Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am on a currently going through a divorce and my wife forged my signature on an insurance check that was supposed to be used to repair our house. She deposited into our joint account and then transferred it into an account with just her name on it and did not do repairs on the house. Do I have any recourse?

Yes.

I assume you have an attonrey. If you don't you definately need one. You need to have a hearing in front of a judge. The judge can order her to return the money or pay for the house repairs.
