Divorce
My wife left me in 1998 and I have not seen her since. Before I go through the bother of filing for divorce, can you tell me how I can confirm whether she has divorced me or not?

You can do some investigative work, and locate each county where she has lived, contact that District Clerk and find out if a case was filed in that county.
