Divorce
My wife has been on medical leave since July of last year, if I file for divorce can she make me pay alimony ?

Texas does not have alimony, although it does have provisions for some spousal support. There is no way to even guess what the answer to your question from the little bit of information you provided. You should go discuss your specific situation with a good family law attorney.
