divorce
my wife got a restraing order saying that i cant see her are my son it says because of abuse but that never happen she said shes affraid of me but then she calls,goes out with me,plus still has relationship with me.what can i do.we are getting a divorce

In Texas, the restraining orders are to keep what is called the status quo, or to prevent the depletion of assets and property, are you talking about a protective order? If so, you need to stay away from her until removed.

Hire a good family law attorney. You are going to need one for the divorce. If she filed for a TRO you should have a Temporary Orders Hearing coming up real soon.
