My wife is selling our house before we've gotten a divorce. Can she sell the house without me as co-owner signing some papers?

If the house is in Texas, and you have filed for divorce, then ask the court for clarification. For the most part, if you are a co-borrower, then when the closing time comes, the check will be issued on both of your names.
