Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am trying to divorce my wife, and she's pregnant, but we haven't been together since January of 2015, do we need a paternity test to proceed with divorce or can we both agree that it isn't mine?

It depends on the judge, but I would expect you to need a paternity test.
