Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My divorce will be uncontested. Do not foresee any issue in spouse signing final decree. I have sent him the filed petition and waiver of service. He lives 4 hours away. Once the citation is notarized, can he mail it directly to the District clerk's office where I filed the petition?

Yes but obtain a copy from the court to make sure the waiver was properly completed and not altered by your spouse.
