Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I got divorce about a year ago the judge granted me the house in which I would have to refiance with a year from the divorce . Well since my credit is poor I can not refiance the home , What legal will happen to the home if i cannot refiance the house doesnt my ex get it back

If the decree does not provide for an alternative, you may need to file a clarifying request with the court.
