Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i'm a 23 year old stay at home mother with 2 kids. one is 2 and the other is 3. i have been with my husband since 2004, but we have been married since aug.18,2008. he bought a truck for me to get my son around right before he was born in dec 2005. the truck was bought may 2005. he has a compny truck he uses all the time. he never drives my truck, but its in his name. am i intitled to the truck since i have the two kids and he supports us?

There's a lot more to cases like this than just who gets the truck. You really need to go talk to a good family law attorney. Many will talk to you the first time without charge and most will work with you on payments. Good luck.
