Im getting a divorce after 10 years , if i give her the house can my name legally be taking off
?what if she refuses to sign the divorce papers
and she sd she wld try and tke half of my retirement

The only way to "take one's name off" of a mortgage is to refinance it. The Court cannont sign an order that magically turns a joint debt into a single-debtor debt.
You can get a divorce without her signing ANYTHING. It just takes longer.
She is probably entitled to half of your retirement (the part that accumulated during the marriage).
