i don't want a divorce at this time, but it may come down to it, so i need to know my rights. Husband had an affair and from this affair a child has been born. What can i do?

If you want a pre-separation consultation, I charge $100 an hour to discuss in detail.
Husband will be ordered to pay child support for this child and carry this child on his health insurance. He will also have to take out a life insurance policy to guarantee that if he dies that the child will receive the court ordered child support. So if he is ordered to pay $500 a month then he needs to take out a life insurance policy for at least $100,000. (This will protect you if he dies -- otherwise his estate is obligated to pay his child support.)
