Re: divorce/anulment

I would need to know more information concerning your grounds for annulment, but I would tell you that there are very limited circumstances where an annulment is possible. So probably you will need to file for divorce. Also you will not be able to finalize everything until the child is born and additionally, the lawsuit will need to include requests for child related orders. I would be glad to discuss these issues further with you if you would contact me.

Based on what you have written and determinative upon the specific facts of your case, a divorce may be the only possible action. You will definitely need to ensure that your child is taken care of by the father. If my family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.

Re: divorce/anulment

There is no legal significance between an annulment and a divorce. You can't get either one until the child is born, and is determined to not be a child of the marriage.
