The TX A G will look at child support every 3 years.

In regular family court, you can ask to modify child support on an annual basis. Since no child support was ordered I suspect that the judge would want to know what has changed to make child support necessary now.

You need to talk to an experienced family law attorney in your county about your particular situation. Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for an attorney.

Good luck!
