Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was divorced, but before my divorce was final, my wife became pregnant, this was about three years ago, and I never saw a paternity test result, but my ex told me she had a test and the baby wasnt mine. Now three years later, she is telling me that I need to sign some paper, so that the babys birth certificate can be released. I live in Texas is there any reason I should have to sign any paper.

If the child was born within 300 days after the divorce, there is a legal presumption that he's your child (per section 160.204 of the Texas Family Code).

Not knowing anything about the "paper," I can't say whether or not you should sign it.
