without affecting the finality of this final Decree of Divorce, this court expressly reserves the right to make orders necessart to clarify and enforce this decree.

It is ordered and decreed that all relief requested in this case and not expressly granted is denied.

Does it mean our divorce was denied.

You are divorced. (didn't you have an attorney?)That is boilerplate language in most decrees that, in a nutshell, enables a court to maintain jurisdiction so it can fix (clarify) a provision that is unclear, and establishes once and for all that the decree means what it says, and nothing more.
