Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I divorced my ex-wife over 6 years ago. She remarried soon after. Recently she divorced again. She has changed her last name back to my last name. Is this legal without my knowledge or consent?

Yes, she can go back to any former name that she ever used.

She does not need your permission to do this.
