Divorced, but Filed Jointly, what now?

I was married but then divorced. We filed 2004 Taxes jointly and lived together after divorce for 5 years. Now I moved to another town and plan on getting married to another man. Is this Common-Law marriage? Do I have to go through anything with my previous husband before I get married again?

If you cohabitated, intended to be married and held yourself out to be married then you could be considered to be CL married.
