Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am divorced and have a geographical restriction in place over my 2 children (13 and 5). went to court this past summer and was denied the right to move. was however awarded a larger amount of child support which the ex is reluctant to pay. he continues to pay the old amount. he take the children only when required and refused them on their birthdays and christmas. would love to move close to my family in PA. whats the next step?

See a lawyer about filing a motion to enforce the new child support and the visitation rules, ask about filing another motion to modify to permit you to move in light of ex's refusal to abide by the increased support that is sounds like you were supposed to get in exchange for not being able to move.
