Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

When I got divorced he was granted cars and home and he evicted me and our daughters but he has not put them in his name only. What should I do

Is there any debt against the cars and house? If there is you want him to refinance the debt.

The creditors are not bound by the divorce decree. If there is no debt, you can either record the divorce decree that conveys the property to him or simply sign and record a deed (or bill of sale in case of the cars) to remove you from the property.
