I am getting divorced, however my husband took my daughter and hid her and my only form of transportation. He has not let me talk or see her. And the pediatricians office called him, my daughter needs to return for another urinalysis. He lives in Austin, tx I live in Dallas, TX

1. Where is the divorce filed? In Austin or in Texas?

2. How old is the daughter?

3. Are there any temporary orders in place?

4. What is your lawyer doing about this?
