Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I divorced my ex husband and got Sole Physical Custody of my child. We divorced because of is porn addiction and going out side our marrige with hookers. I feel he is a danger to my child. What do I need to do to find out how to keep sole physical custody of my child.

I have proof of all the above. Also of being a chronic liar.

If you already have sole physical custody, then you won't lose it unless:

(1) There is a material and substantial change in your, his, or the kid's circumstances; OR

(2) The child is more than 12 years old and tells the judge he'd like to live with his dad; OR

(3) You voluntarily relinquish actual possession and care of your child for more than 6 months (not including military deployment).

Even if he can prove one of the 3 above, he still has to satisfy the court that the change he seeks to make is in the child's best interest.
