Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I got divorced a few months ago, but my ex have not signed a QDRO plan request that I was awarded by the court. How long do I have to wait, and is there anything I can do right now?

I emailed my ex asking him to sign the plan. I emailed his attorney asking him to review the plan. I have not heard by from them. This has been going on for 2 weeks.

You don't need his signature nor his lawyer's signature on a QDRO. A QDRO is signed by a Judge.

But you should first send the proposed order to the plan administrator for approval.
