Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am divorced, my son turned 18 in April and graduated 6/6 2011. The divorce decree states child support is paid until he graduates. It is due the 1st of the month. Is my ex responsible for the entire month that he graduated in or just the first 6 days? Is is prorated?

It depends on what your decree says. Usually the decree says that child support is payable until the first month FOLLOWING the occurance of one of a series of events. If that's what your decree says, then he has to pay for the full month of June.
