Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I divorced in Texas and part of the divorce I was awarded 1/2 his checking account ($4300.00) and his investment account (780.00) and then half the debts incurred from a business and a loan. I was awarded items from the marital home (furniture/electronics). He destroyed all of the electronic components gave me partial bedroom set and destroyed music cd's (urine on all of them). He left tiolet paper with human waste and used feminine products in the drawers of the bedroom set. On top of that his lawyer or the lawyers paralegal sent my ex an email to two different accounts one is mine one was his with like names. In the email he instructed not to pay any of the money due.... I'm filing an enforcement but this is getting crazy. Especially on his lawyers part. Any suggestions?

The part of a decree that deals with existing property, and the division thereof, is enforceable by contempt. You should be successful in court.

I hope you took photos of the toilet paper and the tampons.

And of course, you'll try to get into evidence the emails that his lawyer sent ... I'd attach them to one of my pleadings as an exhibit.
