Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If divorced in Texas I must wait 60 days to remarry in Texas, true. What if I remarried in another state that has no requirements for marriage before the 60 days are up, will the marriage be recognized and legal in the state if Texas?

Actually the waiting period in Texas to remarry is 30 days, and at the time of the divorce, you can petition the court to waive the waiting period.

Correct, plus a valid marriage in another state will generally be recognized in Texas.
