Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was divorced in Texas last year and the case is currently on appeal because of the division of property. I recently discovered notes that she gave to our CPA showing that we sold $165,000 worth of assets that she claimed I had hidden during trial. These notes are in the form of spread sheets and her handwriting. Is it possible to file any type of contempt or other civil suit against her while waiting on the appeals process. I believe lawyers use the term "collateral attack".

You need to hire a good appeals attorney. Don't try to do this on your own. The deadlines and formalities are very strict.
