Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I divorced my ex wife on August 2010, she was court ordered to pay off some loans that were under both our names (I as the primary), no later than the end of November 2010. Now almost 2 years later she has still failed to pay these accounts in which they have fallen delinquent and has dropped my score from a 750 to a 450 and is still owed. She doesn't care and won't pay even though she's been taking trips out of the country and bought a new car. Whats the best thing to do?

An order (which is what a divorce decree is) to pay ordinary debts (i.e., NOT child support) is not enforceable by contempt. The sad news is that this part of your decree is basically unenforceable.
You can sue her for damages, but this isn't much of a remedy.
