Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am divorced. My wife has possession of our house. She is selling it, but my name is still on the mortgage. Am I entitled to any of the profit from the sale?

Possibly. However this depends on what the divorce decree says.

If the decree awards her the house it is her separate property. However, if you had to make mortgage payments for her after the divorce was final and she signed an assumption deed of trust, you should be able to get those payments back.
