Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have been divorced for 2 years, I could not afford a lawyer when we got divorced so when I agreed to the Parenting plan, it was what she wanted. I get to see my son every weekend fro 2 hours until he is three. after he turns three he starts getting overnight stays at my house. I work a rotating scheduled meaning some weekends I have not been able to see him, plus I get called in to work on my days off quite often. She is trying change my visitation so I dont get over night stays. When I went on this new scheule I tried to work out with her a new visitation so I could see him on my days off. We did it for a while but she refused. I cant afford a lawyer right now either is there anything I Can do?

Yes, save your money and hire a good attorney.
At 3 years of age you can get a Standard Possession Order - 1st, 3rd and 5th Fridays until Sunday evening. Also, during the school year either one night for dinner or overnight. Plus, alternating Thanksgiving & Christmas, every other spring break, 30 days in the summer & see the kid for at least 2 hours on his birthday.
You might consider mediation. It is usually cheaper than mediation but you have to then hire an attorney to draft the paperwork for the judge to sign.
I don't know where you live but there are plenty of mediators and attorneys in Texas.
