Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I divorced 10 years ago. Distraught at the time, my ex convinced me to give up my rights to his retirement. (We were married 20 years). Feeling threatened by him that he would try to take my boys at the time and the distraught over his cheating. I agreed through an arbitrator. Is there any way to go back and try to obtain my rights to the portion of his retirement I would have received? Also, in the decree, he was to sell all furniture and split the $$ with me. Which he did not do. I never pressed or pursued that matter.

You can't change a divorce decree that's ten years old. You need to learn not to agree to things that you don't want.
As for selling the furniture, that part of the decree could possible be enforced, but my guess is that the furniture is long gone.
