I've been divorced for 20 years, my children are grown & I would like to revert to my maiden name again. What steps do I need to take in order to do so?

Hire an attorney to file a change of name for you in the district Court. It should cost about $750.00. At the end of the process, you have an order from a District Court that says your name is henceforth Sadie Mae Schmidt.
