Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have been divorced over 12 years, I have two daughters 18 and 15 who both live with their mother. The mother rarely communicates with me, never give me school info or grades - I dont even know if my 15 year old is IN school. The 15 year old has been illegally tattooed, posts online of drinking, smoking and sexual references. When I confront the mother, she lies and says NONE of it is going on then tells me she's handing it. Six months has passed since I confronted her about both girls doing illegal activity And frankly inappropriate activity for a then 14 and now 15 year old - hanging out with those over 21, in bars, selling 'band merch' at band shows and I believe she has a fake ID. I've called the police, CPS etc and NO ONE WILL HELP ME!! My daughter is OUT OF CONTROL and her mother has taught her to lie to cover it up, now she doesn't even want to see me. Why am I paying child support which is probably going to tattooing and I never see my child. She (the 15 year old) tells me I'm ruining her life (because I don't want her to be best friends with a 23 year old female that makes and sells porn online - I found this out by searches). I AM AT MY WITS END!

You'd need to apply to the family court with jurisdiction over your kids for a modification of your custody order to have the 15 year old come live with you if you don't think her mom's providing her with a good home. Your duty to pay child support really doesn't have anything to do with visitation or how the other parent is raising the child.
