Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been divorced 2 years. The decree states that my ex was to pay my legal fees of $10,000.00 and he has not. It says, as additional child support, he is to pay $250.00 a month for my daughters tutoring. He pulled her out 2 months ago with out telling me. Now I am no longer receiving child support through the Attorney General. He never said anything I asked why I am not getting it and he said he will pay me himself. Haven't seen it yet. I tried contacting my attorney. He is now our city mayor and I get no response. I went to the office and talked to his assistant she never gets back to me. I just got a permanent job after losing my job in Aug. so I can't afford to take him back to court and he has done nothing the court ordered him to do the first time. What can I do?

If he's behind on child support, contact the Attorney General about going after him for the arrearage. The link is here:

Collecting the $10,000 that was awarded to you in attorney's fees is another matter. The AG won't help you with that. You will probably never collect it, although you have the right to try to collect it as you would any other judgment.
