Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

divorcee

Can you tell me how you can file for a divorcee if you don't have where to reach your spouse. No children, want to do it myself.

Re: divorcee

If you want to do these things yourself, you need to study up on how to do these things. Some people figure it out in a few weeks or so, takes some people longer. Good Luck.

Re: divorcee

I sell Do It Yourself Divorce kits that start at $175.

The more complex the more $$.

They were designed for Texas legal matters only and are based on the forms I use in my practice.

Don't waste your money on internet kits. If they mention the word "matrimonial" be aware that Texas does not use that wording and it is a give-away that the forms were written by an attorney (or non attorney) that does not know TX law.

There is one website that is something like texaslaw.com -- they are based in New York City and their forms don't work in Texas.

Also, the 100% guarantee is a joke. I've not met one person that has ever successfully gotten their money back.

Also, you can go to any law library and try to do it yourself.
