Divorce/Name Change

I have been divorced for over 8 years now, but have been trying to go back to my maiden name, but I found out it has to be written in the divorce papers; which it doesn't seem to be in. What can I do to give him his name back and move on with my life, please help me!

Your post isn't clear but I am guessing that you were divorced in another state and live in Georgia. A name change case can be filed here in Georgia. If you're in metro Atlanta call me and I can discuss the details, procedures, and costs, which will vary by county.
