divorcing with property and kids involved

Can i file for palimony if i divorce my husband for adultery and i myself cannot afford to pay the mortgage?

Texas does not have palimony, and anyway it's for lovers not spouses. Spouses get alimony, but Texas has very limited rules concerning alimony. You need to sit down with a good family law attorney and go over all of the details of your situation. Good luck.
