Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
divorve
we own a home and two vehicles in
both of our names. we have a little
girl together that is 2. we have lived
together for over three years and
were engaged and had daughter
before we purchased our home. we
bought home with stock that was
inherited by his grandfather. i need
to know what my legal rights are and
how things would be split in court.
also with custody of my daughter.
would it be bad on my part if i were
to leave the home before the divorce
or some sort of situation?

There are good reasons for having the wedding before the baby and the house. It really makes things much simpler when you decide to call it quits. You need to go talk to a good family law attorney in your area.
