DNA for child support

If a man refuses to come in and do a swab test to determine that he is the father so the woman can start collecting child support, what can she do. She knows he is the father, she has his social security number, but he keeps moving around to avoid taking the DNA test. What can she do to force him to come in. Thank you

Get a competent lawyer.

Seriously, even with a support order in hand, if the father is willing to quit a job and move every time a wage withholding order hits, there is little realistic recourse.
