How do I fight for a DNA test

You would need to file something for a judge to have a hearing.

I have never had anyone fight a DNA test.

Your results will NEVER come out 100%. In Texas, if you are in the 90's, congratulations you are the Dad.

You can ask for another DNA test if you think fraud is involved.

You need to move quickly.
