I never denied my boy, but I got some info about the possibility of not being the biological father.

Talk to a lawyer, and do some soul searching. If the child is not your biological child, and you were not married to the child's mother, you can establish that, and avoid the legal obligations of parenthood.
Before you make that decision, decide if the financial relief to you is worth the damage it will cause to your boy. Until now, you have considered him your son, and he considers you his dad. That could be a very difficult, and maybe unfair, trauma on a child.
