Docket Settings

What rule or law applies to the removal

of a docket setting, without notice, by a

scheduling office employee. She was

told to do it by opposing council and I

am pro se. she did it, I need to know

what rule to site

If it was opposing counsel's hearing he has the right to "cancel" or "pass" it.
