If you are a husband and you know your wife is neglecting her children and yours is there anything the husband can do legally.

I agree with Ms. Bushman -- especially since these children are also YOUR responsibility and if they are being negelected in your home, then you need to step up to the plate and take care of them.

There are several options. You really need to find a good family law attorney and sit down with him or her for an in depth discussion. If there is neglect going on and CPS gets involved, you risk losing your children.
