Will a court of law require my family to move back to Texas for a domicile restriction when our ex-attorney advised us to leave the state for my wife's health?

Although I agree with Mr. Grissom, I have also seen Collin County judges enforce restrictions as to the child. It is not unusual for the judge to require the child's residence remain in the county, provided the nonprimary parent has remained in the county.

Feel free to email me directly if you require representation.
