Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Driver Licenses

I used my dead sister's identity to get me a drivers license about 10 years ago because of a man that was following me around the country and I felt he would do harm to me, so I changed my name and used my sister's name, but I did not use her SS number. I used my real number. Now as the laws has changed, I can not get a job because my dob and SS# doesn't match.

Will I get in trouble if I go to get my real ID and License using my real name. How can I correct this, as it seems I don't exist at this point?
