Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I drop the charges against my boyfriend who was given probation 3 months ago for assault on a family member? I'm due in 2 weeks and he is a out to go to jail. HELP!!!

If the case has already been adjudicated, you can't drop the charges.

If the case hasn't been finalized, contact the prosecutor and tell him that you want to sign an affidavit of non-prosecution.
