You may not be able to. Sometimes the state goes forward on the charge even if the complainant doesn't want to press charges. Contact the attorney for the defendant and advise him/her that you want to file an affidavit of non-prosecution. The ADA will probably want to interview you as well. These can be tricky waters to navigate sometimes, you may want to consult with an attorney.
