Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I dropped off my three children yesterday for the weekend with their father. Our papers state one part is to take children to the other for visit then other party is to return them at end of weekend by six. My ex refuses to bring them back tomorrow and has threatened to file abandonment charges on me....even after I took them to him! What can I do?

Document all communications with him. Even though you may not be required to do so under the order, go and pick up your kids anyway. You always want to take the "high road," and be the one who always puts the children's best interests first.
