Drug using parent and exposing child to it

My ex-husband has always been a drug abuser mainly to pot, now my 10 yr. daughter can tell you what it looks like and the smell, even draw a pipe. were due in court in aug. he doesnt know we know about the pot he thinks its for child support. hes always behind by 5-10 months everyyear. Im hoping the judge throws him in jail. this case is heard in El PAso tx, i live in Nevada

what are my chances of getting a drug test done on him and what will happen if it comes back positive..

Drug use is important to a motion to modify custody,

but not very important to a motion to enforce child

support. Which did you file? That may tell you if

the judge will care about the information. I cannot

ever tell someone the "chance" of something occurring,

especially in a court I've never practiced in.
