drug use...
If a spouse has refused to stop using drugs until a divorce was brought up and then got straightened up and is pleading to attend counsling and I refuse. Will that be used against me in a custody battle since I'm not ''cooperating''?
What evidence is neede to prove the abuse?

You should be prepared to make a record of the abuse you have endured. Enough is enough and when that limit is reached, you should not let anybody tell you ought to return for another round. Time to get on with the next chapter in your life. Good Luck.
