Can I ask for a drug test

I have been divorced now for over 2yrs. My ex was in rehab for alcohol right before the divorce and my ex is still drinking. During the divorce I had asked for a drug test that my ex did pass. Now, I have verbal confirmation that she has smoked pot several times in the last year. Is this enough to ask pop my ex with a surprise drug test? Can I also test the person my ex is living with?
